The leaves are changing color and there is a slight chill in the air. Oh yes, Fall is here.

We made our first batch of Jam for the year. Concord grape jam with grapes donated by the Petrochem garden. After spending 20+ hours in one weekend of Jam making we are very happy with the results and I'm sure those that are fortunate enough to taste it will be very pleased.
